About Katz Group Real Estate

Katz Group Real Estate (KGRE) is a leading North American land developer driven by the vision to create vibrant spaces for life. KGRE is a division of Katz Group, one of Canada’s largest privately-owned enterprises, with operations in sports, entertainment, real estate and private investment.

Over the past fifteen years, the KGRE portfolio has grown to include land assembly, site development, project leasing, building construction and land development. Our team works closely with various partners, including ONE Properties and OEG Sports and Entertainment.

ICE District in downtown Edmonton is KGRE’s signature project: a 25-acre mixed-use development anchored by Rogers Place. ICE District features state-of-the-art sports and entertainment facilities, a public plaza, luxury hotel, high-rise condos, 1.3 million square feet of office space, and 208,000 square feet of retail space. Planning and development of the land north of Rogers Place is underway; this area will complement phase one of ICE District and be the gateway to downtown Edmonton.

The KGRE portfolio includes various residential development lands and over 1 million square feet of retail-based commercial shopping centre space across Canada and the United States.

Exciting projects are underway at KGRE. Please explore our website to learn more about our projects or contact us to inquire about leasing opportunities and partnerships.
